You could also use the Nokia Energy Profiler.

If you use the "RAM Memory view" you should be able to see how much is used and how much is allocated. Then do the math.. :-)
Quote: "The bright-blue line represents the allocated memory, and the light-blue line is the total RAM available to S60 software."
Also bear in mind: "The RAM available to software differs from the total amount of physical DRAM in a device, because memory may be reserved for exclusive use."

i would have to disagree with you there. look at this for example, for the N78: http://www.forum.nokia.com/devices/N78
now Maximum user storage is 70MB correct, and i check the phone memory of mine which has N-gage and a few apps installed, it is now 51.7MB. so this is the 70MB storage. and it says on the website that the free RAM is 48MB.
look at Energy Profiler, says ita ll

Yeah, I'm confused. I think "phone memory" is really separate from RAM? I'm thinking it's no longer referred to as "space" because it's now memory card-based instead of "disk".
