How do I deactive 'Offline' mode on E63

Only had my E63 for a couple of days but it is indicating that it is 'Offline' or in flight mode.  Have tried couple of things advised by 3 Cust Service but it may be that my SIM card is at fault.  Anyone else experienced this problem ?

If the SIM card is recognized then doing as jimmy said will activate the handset into online mode.

Alternatively, try holding *.... does it say "Silent Mode Activated" ? Or does it say "Insert SIM card"? If it's the latter then obviously your sim card is faulty or the sim reader is faulty.
