hi,
in e71, I have tried to find the Sattellite signal using GPRS/Wi Fi net but it never comes.

Does anyone knows what is the exact requirment to use the GPS in e71?

GPS satellite signals do not come via GPRS or WiFi. In order to get a satellite lock, you need to be outside.

Take a look at page 71 of the E71 user manual for more info.
