Firmware v052.005 for E72 is a Downgrade, not an Upgrade

I recently updated the the latest version of FW on my E72 (052.005) & have already identified 2 problems.

1. Unable to open pdf files which are password protected. This used to work in the earlier version. People use business phones to be able to do some of the basic things on your phone. Today 90% of the E72 users get bank statements on mail with a password to open, what is the use of an Adobe viewer which does not allow this.

2. New messages automatically get deleted once you read them.

3. Insufficient memory problem has increased after this update

Hats off to Nokia,...you have a strategy team that is ensuring your market share keeps dipping year on year, on the other hand you have a technology team that ensures a customer who's bought a Nokia never does it again.

Re: Firmware v052.005 for E72 is a Downgrade, not an Upgrade

1.  You must have gone from Adobe Reader 1.5 to 2.5 ?  I don't know what the differences are.  2.5 is an upgrade, but does not support password protected PDF's and a few other things.  Most of us have the same problem and it sucks...but I blame QuickOffice, not Nokia.

2.  I have seen this mentioned before, but predominantly on E5 phones, I think.  Are you using Nokia's push server or are you connecting to your email accounts directly through your phone?

3.  Hmm, how much free ram do you see immediately after a reboot?
