Files missing after memory card switch

I recently bought a new memory card, and it seems that a number of files that came installed on my Nokia E52 have disappeared. Can anyone tell me how I can get them again? They are:

 

1. The "Grey" personal and business themes

2. The OEM version of Advanced Call Manager

 

I have tried copying various files backfrom the old memory card, but with no luck. The reason I was unable to make a proper backup is there is no backup function in the application for Mac as there is with PC Suite for Windows.

I've gotten two memory cards 2GB then 8GB and the same thing happened. Also, the backup in 'PC Suite' mode misses some files. So what I did was connect my phone in 'Data Transfer' (USB connection) and physically copy those files that I wanted to my pc then back to the new memory card. Should sort out most of your troubles.
