E90 does not appear anymore on the products page of Nokia Europe (http://europe.nokia.com/find-products)

Was E90 discontinued ?

I believe that it has, though I don't reply with any authority or certainty. The E90 did have an unusually long life compared with some other phone models, but it's an older version of S60 rd edition so I guess that things like the E71 and E75 replace it even though they are not the exact same 'type' of phone.

In my experience, the E90's weight always counted against it, and now there are few other phones or PDAs with similar bulk on the market today.

Hi there, I do believe the E90 has become obsolete I'm afraid, for the same kind of premium price or less money you could get a device with more features & functionality. Don't get me wrong I still adore my E90 communicator but the SW part kind of s*cks , if I can get a secord chance I would probably get the *amsung Omnia HD which is  worthy of being a true rival, in my part of the world E90 is no where to be founded.

This seems to be a mistake, because why is the Nokia 9500 then still on the list.

All of the previous generation Communicators are still in the list (9300, 9300i and 9500) even though they are out of production for some time. So I assume there is a mistake. Or maybe it is a message ?!?

I do not consider E90 to be obsolete. The weight is hard to swalow, the software is very un-communicator, but there is no other mobile device on the market to really compete with it: 800 x 352 display, dual-core processor and full 6 rows QWERTY keyboard.... I think only HTC Touch Pro 2 is there.

I have been trying to buy an E90 before they disappear.

Vodafone UK say they are discontinued, and one can't buy one from the Nokia website.

Anyone know where one might be found?

Hi njss, E90 communicators are few & far between, the last time I still saw them available was on auction at Yahoo.HK, it was offered for a lot cheaper than sold in retail stores & Nokia sites.

Hellish price. You can get them on eBay brand new in box with full waranty from a UK seller for GBP100 less.

Hi northerner, that is a fantastic price, is that the black model? If I didn't already have one I would get it, I had my E90 for almost 2 years & still loves it, I hope Nokia can improve on the next communicator with the same processor like on Samsung Omnia HD & touch screen, higher resolution camera.

Hi all, I believe the E90 communication is being discontinued but there are still ample stocks remaining, that's why they are still available in the market place. I think they will still be for sale even when the next communicator is released next year, I do think is getting obsolete & with user discontent with it, there is much left to be desired.
