Is it possible to fast forward or rewind within a single track?
I know I can skip back to the start but if I have a 20 minute audio book and I miss something 15 minutes in, can I rewind back 60 seconds (or so)?

If so, how? It's not obvious to me.

In the music player you have the controls to skip to next track if you quickly press the keys (up or down) If you hold the key then it skips through.


However this works for MP£ I don't recall it working for AAC format. I could be wrong, but I know not all formats suppport it.

Holding the button down was the key!

Next and Previous track, if held down, become the fast forward and rewind buttons.

Of course, this is mentioned in the extensive and useful User Guide and on-line help on the E90.

Works for AC3, as I would expect, since AC3 is the native sound format.
