I have the upgrade. I think you will like some of the changes. It seems a bit faster. GPS is crazy fast now. TTFF in less than a min.

Hey Peter. You might be right. The E90 is not for everyone, especially if you come from the previous Communicator lines and are expecting more of the same. The E90 is a step away from this tradition and towards, in my opinion, a consolidation of sorts. The mobile markets are converging on hardcore features, GPS, HSDPA, cameras, etc.... and letting the more basic features like PDA/PIM functions come by way of 3rd party developers. For some, like me, this is okay, but for others, they will not like this route. The E90 is a pretty powerful device but it does not suit everyone.
