What's the time of common sync procedure?
I also had fully working settings, but every syncing took about 10-15 minutes - and that's just not possible for work (and for the battery too).
Now I use RoadSync and it takes only 20-40 seconds.

Lucky you are.
Always-on mode is a death-mode to the phone battery, I think.
Also I have problems with incoming calls when GPRS/EDGE connection is on.
So I'm still waiting for the new firmware (and using RoadSync for now..).

I also have a US version E75; I bought is 3 months ago and it's been sitting on a shelf on my desk since I bought it because I have not been able to get MfE to work with my Exchanc1ge 2007 server. I can set it up and it will download email but there is a memory leak and within a few hours my phone memory is full and I can no longer use the phone until I reformat it.
What firmware version do you have?

MFE in e75 is piece of **bleep**. Try RoadSync (www.dataviz.com). It syncs Exchange mail, contacts, calendar, etc with your phone without any troubles. They have 30 days free tial.

How long does your battery live in email-push-mode?
