E75 works well with Exchange 2007

Just purchased an unlocked E75 running an ATT SIM in the US.  After a few false starts (due to my ignorance and impatience) now have a fully functioning realtime syncing email and PIM mobile device with our corporate Exchange 2007 server.  Working without a hitch both with the ATT data connection or WiFi.  Do have the latest FW version.  Thought I would post this as lot's of people seem to be having issues but here is one who is happy with the MFE solution on the E75.

What's the time of common sync procedure?

I also had fully working settings, but every syncing took about 10-15 minutes - and that's just not possible for work (and for the battery too).

Now I use RoadSync and it takes only 20-40 seconds.

Re: E75 works well with Exchange 2007

I have my sync schedules set to always on and hence never carry out a batch sync.  However, from my casual observation of emails showing up in my desktop pc inbox they appear within seconds on my E75 inbox.....no significant lag.

Lucky you are.

Always-on mode is a death-mode to the phone battery, I think.

Also I have problems with incoming calls when GPRS/EDGE connection is on.

So I'm still waiting for the new firmware (and using RoadSync for now..).

Re: E75 works well with Exchange 2007

I also have a US version E75; I bought is 3 months ago and it's been sitting on a shelf on my desk since I bought it because I have not been able to get MfE to work with my Exchanc1ge 2007 server.  I can set it up and it will download email but there is a memory leak and within a few hours my phone memory is full and I can no longer use the phone until I reformat it.

What firmware version do you have?

MFE in e75 is piece of **bleep**. Try RoadSync (www.dataviz.com). It syncs Exchange mail, contacts, calendar, etc with your phone without any troubles. They have 30 days free tial.

I'm running FW version110.48.125.  MFE is still running well on my E75.

How long does your battery live in email-push-mode?

Re: E75 works well with Exchange 2007

Let me answer by explaining my regular schedule.  I charge my E75 in my car during my commute to the office every work day (approx. 45 minutes am and pm).  No additional charges required other than an overnight charge per weekend.  I moved from a Palm 750 WM phone running both Good Messaging and eventually MFE.  If anything the E75 battery life is better than the 750
