E75 - constant display mode switching

E75 - constant display mode switching

Suddenly for no apparent reason my E75 refuses to stay in portrait mode even when closed. It keeps swtiching constantly between portrait and landscape. Auto change on rotation is OFF. I have restarted it, and removed the battery and restarted it, to no avail. It is changing every few seconds making it totally unusable closed - I can only use it open.
