Hi there,
At our company, we've used for several months, E Series mobiles (E61i and E66) connectec to our Cisco Call Manager Server using Nokia Call Connect for Cisco 1.1.3 (NCCC)
But, when we try to install NCCC 1.1.3 on E75, it says that is incompatible and is unable to finish installation.
Searching on Nokia for Business micro-site, it have information about NCCC 2.0 and his compatibility with Nokia E75, but the software is unavailable for download.
I was unable to receive any valuable information about this subject with my local Nokia Support Contact ans we have some people that is unable to work with our entreprise communications server this phone because we don't have NCCC client compatible with this phone.
Many thanks and best regards.

It's amazing how Nokia, after almost 1 month from my message and mora than 2 months after some of the new models are available in the market could not have a solution and, more amazingly, could not provide a response to an sysadmin that could decide what king and what brand of mobile equipmet could boy for his company...

Hi All,
I still believe that Nokia is having the best support center, So please release Cisco Call Connect 2.0 ASAP.
I am checking the following URL every week to see if CCC 2.0 is released or no:
Is there any other location that says when it can be released?
Regards

THat information is not correct.
For example, the site gives the information that NCCC 1.1.3 is available on Nokia E75 but it is impossible to install
We don't care about the compatibility, we wnat to know when the new version will be available. And Nokia have a great lack of response on this!

Hello Gents,
1.1.3 is not available for new 3.2.3 devices. However, I am pleased to inform that v2.0 will be available from Cisco to these devices very soon (before the end of Sep/2009)

Today, September 30... No news about NCCC 2.0
Since that in the past Nokia gives download links on his website, how it will worknow, that Cisco will be responsible for this new release?
And about licencing. Old licence method is the same for this new version. It would be necessary new licences?
Many thanks

I'm currently testing the handover functionalities of Nokia call connect between WiFI and GSM. I'm running a CUCM 7.1.3 with the Nokia cop file 7.1 installed and I have a E71 and E75.
I manage to get both phone connected to the CUCM via SCCP and Nokia call connect is stated as registered on the phones and I can make calls.
On the E71 I manage to do a handover from wifi to GSM but I can't do it with the E75 whereas I use the same configuration (phone profile, user profile, line etc...) and the same SIM card. When I ask for the handover on my E75, I end up on my own GSM voicemail and when I hang-up I get the message "handover failed".
Nokia told me that the handover mechanisms between E71 and E75 are very different but the configuration guide phone side is the same for both phones...
I followed these documentations: White Paper: Deploying Nokia Call Connect with auto-handoff from Cisco
and Nokia Call Connect for Cisco User’s Guide from Nokia.
If anyone has managed to perform a handover with a E75, help is welcome!
Bye,

Hi bundyboy,
Would you mind explain how do you made the handoff with E71? I only get it in a difficult way between IPPhones with SNR configured and introducing *82->dial Enterprise Feature number -> *84 -> internal extension. Is there any easier way to do it?
Thanks by advance
