We have a couple of Nokia E75s in our company. They have both started to have problems :

The screen will flash backwards and forwards between the normal menus and a blank screen / white rectangle. They flash at about 1Hz. If you manage to catch the normal menu then it sometimes responds to key presses. This will continue until you power it off. Removing the battery seems to be the only way to cure it. Once reset it will be ok for a few hours or sometimes a few days.

We have updated firmware and rebuilt both devices several times, but the problem returns.

Any thoughts ?

The simplest way is to make a back-up and then

U can go in for a hard reset which will turn ur device as it left the factory totally new which will be '*' '3' 'Call Key' and Power button all pressed at the same time after u have removed ur phone battery for at least 5 mins. It wud turn ur phone as it was when it left the factory

But wat i wud suggest you as the easiest way is to take the phone back to ur dealer/vendor and ask him to solve it or change ur device
