Hi guys.

I just recieved my new E75 but I still haven´t taken my first picture. Each time i try the menu for the camera pubs up. I can zoom allright but cannot take any pictures. Even if I wait for the menubar to disappear I still get the menu bar when I puch the button.

If i enter video mode the same happens.

Really hope someone can hepp

The simplest way is to make a back-up and then

U can go in for a hard reset which will turn ur device as it left the factory totally new which will be '*' '3' 'Call Key' and Power button all pressed at the same time after u have removed ur phone battery for at least 5 mins. It wud turn ur phone as it was when it left the factory

But wat i wud suggest you as the easiest way is to take the phone back to ur dealer/vendor and ask him to solve it or change ur device

did you find a solution? as I am facing the exact same problem  but just with the primary camera the secondary camer works fine

hi fellas, my phone problem is abit related. The camera comes on all the time when i press the button.atimes the viewfinder comes on and i can see the image on the otherside. at other times, the screen is just dark. the on screen controls for flash etc come on but the screen remains dark. I problem disappears atimes when i restart the phone.

Anyone have any clues as to whath the problem is?

I've had the E75 for about a week.

I have a problem with my secondary camera. I just got my E75 phone last month. The problem is, whenever I take a picture using my secondary camera, the color of the picture is only black, yellow, red, and sometimes like rainbow [it's like there's an effect from the Apple laptop pictures] or when it is a little bit dark, it only shows a black image. It's just weird because you won't see any image, there may be silhouette but it's very dark and it's just those colors. Can someone help me?

@sprecho i'll advise you send your phone to a nokia care point if your warranty is still valid coz that's what i did. they couldn't fix it (togther with bloating other files) in two weeks and sent me a replacement.am enjoying the replacement better.

hm i already did that and i got back my phone today but they aren't fix it. so tomorow i will again go there and tell them if they can't fix it i wanna new one and thats it

hi guys, today i got my E75 back from the nokia care point,

it seems that its a complete new phone but the camera still won't work!!

if i push the camera button, i can only see the loading screen (black with the two lightning stripes) then nothing happens

i'm very disappointed of thix very expensive business phone

any idears?

didnt you complain to them about it? its not a software problem, i dont think a hard reset would fix it, so only option is to send it back to nokia care.

I purchased Nokia 6 months back. I got camera problem. The problem are when I open camera for image or video first time it is ok, or some time not working only a blank screen. Before blank screen, the menubar of camera is stuck off and message coming "an unexpected error occured, restart mobile". Anybody can help me how to solve this problem. I made hard reset 3/5 times *#7370# but no effect. Now I am totally fed up with this phone. Belal, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
