E72 vs E5 questions

hiya i'm planning to buy a proper QWERTY phone and i'm torn between the (now available) E72 and the (soon to be available) E5. i have read that they have the same OS and Symbian version. but from the initial photos of the E5 the front homescreen is slightly different as such it has a wallpaper and slightly different icon arrangements, etc than the E72. why is this? is there any explanation? can i make the E72 homescreen like that of the E5's?

 

the specs of the two phones are almost the same. i'll be using the phone mostly for texting, occasional sending an MMS, IM chatting (with my friends online via Yahoo/Gmail/Facebook messengers, etc.), listening to radio and my MP3 music files.

 

so, is it gonna be the E72 or the E5?

E72 fits for your purpose now. The main difference between the two devices is the E5 which has 256mb RAM compared to 128mb on the E72. I don't think you will be getting the contacts car homescreen on the E5 for the E72.

I think E5 does not have video call capability and is thicker than E72. Yes, the home screen is different and has some social networking capabilities on the home screen (something that can get via socially app on E72 but not exactly as advertised for E5).
