This week I switched from the E71 to a brand new E72. Overall pretty happy, especially with the performance gain.

I now have the following problem: my E72 does not sync with my OVI app on my pc via the usb cable. OVI just says "waiting to be synced..." and stays there. I am trying to sync contacts, photos, messaging and music.

Maps does work. PC suite works as well.

Having similar issues with my E72.

Mine wont sync the content (Pictures, Videos & Music) on the PC to the phone. Maps, Contacts etc all ok

Hit into the same problem after upgrading OVI Suite today.

Eventually, I found the solution to be that you have to sync one particular item at the start up of OVI Suite, before you can sync "all". E.g. sync "Contacts", after the sync is completed successfully, proceed to sync "All".
