My E72 will change it's profile from general to silent automatically. Please assist?

Isnt this more a cause than a solution? I suspect that since i do not use the keyguard the position of the silent key (ctrl) gets pressed when the phone is in my pants Ido not like the keyguard never used it ieven in the e71 would appreciate a solution thanks 
9110,9210,i,9500,9300,i,E90 I still miss my 9300i , E71, E72 But......
