Hi there,

Each half an hour (or something like that) I get some message on my cellphone in which I need to select which connection I would like to use to go on the internet. This message is starting to get really ennoying, so I was hoping someone knows how I can turn it off?

Personally, I think it is some program like the email, that is trying to check for emails each half an hour by using internet. Although I haven't set up any emailaccount on my phone. 

I also only go online using wifi. 

Anyone have idea where I can turn off this message appearing on my phone?

just turn off the discovery mode for the wifi...

menu>cntrl.panel>settings>connection>wlan
check the internet connectivity test setting
i dn't know may be this would help
also at packet data check the packet data connection change it to (when needed)

I turned off the internet connection test long time ago. The packet data is also ok. 

Still getting the message

I think this is caused by World Traveler, go to settings of the app to see if any connecting option is enabled

is there any application that you have installed uses internet access point on regular intervals?

also as mentioned already in this thread, it might be even World Traveler.

also cross check for any mail boxes

I think the world traveler application caused the bug, so far no new message yet. Will test it a little longer to confirm.
