E72 - hangs all the time

I migrated from my Nokia 6300 which caused no trouble for maybe 3 years. Only one thing bothered me - it couldn't work with our corporate exchange server. So I decided to buy E72. I always trusted Nokia until I started to use E72. What is the problem with the phone? It hangs several times a day even when it is used for basic tasks (SMS, Calendar etc.)! I updated the firmware via Ovi Suite. The memory is not filled yet (200Mb of phone memory and 12Gb on SD).  Skype doesn't work on the phone. It starts up and crashes in a minute restarting the phone. Tried to reinstall 2 times. No effect. I am dissapointed in Nokia. Maybe it is time for iPhone...
