Hi -
Has anybody gotten Share Online to work with the Flickr plugin on the E72? The only default options I have are Vox and Ovi, and I recall the previous E71 had Flickr.
A quick Google pointed me to http://zomgitscj.com/get-flickr-and-ovi-as-service
Any ideas?

Well, I'm trying to replicate functionality that's built-into the E71 and prior phones with the Share Online application. I realize I can use the Flickr mobile site, but that defeats the purpose ![]()

s-in-your/ but when I tried this procedure on the E72 I always got "corrupt file" when opening the .cfg file.
Any ideas?

Did you try to replace the new file with the old one in the Flickr map and start the program?

"Unable to install. Install base package first."
Share Online 4.0.09.19 came with the E72 by default, so I think the 3.0 would be a downgrade. I tried to install 4.3 from Nokia's site, but it didn't look like that was supported on the E72 at first glance. Maybe I'll grab the E71 version and see if that works.

So I got 4.3 installed. Flickr is not listed again. I try to import flickr_configuration_file.cfg and get "File Appears to be Corrupted" again.
*sigh*

I've got the .cfg file on the phone after extracting with rar(1) on Linux and transferring via obexfs. I can see the XML content, so I know it's not a "corrupt" file. I even tried using dos2unix & unix2dos to convert it to DOS and Unix newlines in case the phone was being finicky about that, but I still get the same "File appears to be corrupted" error either way when opening the file in the file manager.

Most likely you searched the net already but I saw this: http://www.file-extensions.org/cfg-file-extension
There is a good change that some other file e.g. a batch (.bat) is looking for this .cfg file.

I don't understand what you are saying. Batch files are DOS/Windows. How is that relevant to a Symbian-based phone?
Anyway, I think I've given up. Seems to be unsupported on the E72. Thanks for trying.

Woot. That works, thanks!
Interesting enough, the only difference between the original .cfg file from Nokia and the file you listed is:
-<configure_file service_id="flickr" category_id="1" coding_id="2" version="1.22">
+<configure_file service_id="flickr" category_id="1" coding_id="2" version="2.0">
I guess the version number of.. something was off.
