Thanks 5ayyo - if you could find what the product code was for an RM529 in Lebanon with Arabic support that would be even better.

The E72-2 is not intended for sale in Lebanon, that's why I replaced it.

I will try to look for a product code that has Ar-En languages for you.

Two things seem to matter in order to do a firmware update. 1. is the product code but 2. is the type i.e. RM-529, RM-530. So although your product code says there is an update, there is no update for RM-529. Your product code seems to be from an RM-530 which would indicate someone has changed it since it left the factory.
