Hi,

Last weekend I've bought the E72 and I have some trouble in getting the Nokia messaging at work. First I defined my work's email account via Lotus Notes Travler. Afterwards I created a connection to another e-mail address (choosen "Other" as e-mail service in the wizard). I was able to retrieve my mails.

Afterwards I read about Nokia Messaging, so I've created an account (with my gmail address) and deleted my personal account. However when creating a new mailbox with the log in data for Nokia Messaging nothing happens and I just return to the screen where you can select the mail service.

Some additional info:

Connection is WIFI

Country : Belgium

How do you need to connect the phone to the Nokia messaging system ? Do I need to perform a reset (soft(?) - hard(?)

You need to enter your gmail credentials.

Then Nokia retrieves the mail for you and displays it in your defined box.

Did you set up a packet-data (gprs) connection? Contact your service provider or visit their website for the right settings.
