Shift + Enter should work, and shift + Up/Down

I find the choice of shortcut for marking a bit odd, and previously I was also stumped on how to do it.
Anyway, when in Messaging->Inbox (SMS), to mark/unmark the messages, use Ctrl+D-Pad cursor keys to select/unselect.
However, in Messaging->Emails, to mark/unmark messages, the command to use is Shift+D-Pad cursor keys.
Not sure why they had to use 2 different shortcut keys methods for marking/unmarking which stumped me previously.

Is it different on E72/E71 then d_t_a.
On my E71 the ctrl+D-Pad opens the mail or text, but shift + D or up/down or 'enter' will select or unselect just about anything.

Just to say a massive thanks for this tip on a shortcut key for marking messages and contacts. Was looking all over for this.
Out of interest, how did you find this out? Is there an online manual which is more comprehensive than the Mickey Mouse one that I've found (ca 1.4MB).
Other than that I love this phone.
