My mail for exchange was configured and working fine for 2 weeks since I bought the phone. Yesterday I changed my exchange 2007 password on the web, since then the phone has been unable to connect to exchange, even though I gave the new password on mobile. It kept on asking for password again and again.
Out of desparation, I removed the mail box and configured it again, but then it keeps saying "invalid credentials for Mailbox for exchange". I have rechecked my password, login etc. several times and all are correctly entered. But no resolution in sight.
Can someone guide as to what is the solution?

Hi,
The error message clearly states that the credentials are incorrect, but not to worry. You can try using the web browser of the handset to check if it is MfE error or a concern with the handset.
1. Enter the https://<servername>/<owa> (Dont use the characters "<" ">", it is used here only to avoid the html link) If the Outlook Web Access page opens & prompts you to enter the credentials, enter the credentials & check if it is working.
2. Remove the Mailbox & restart the phone. Reconfigure the mailbox, After creating the profile, restart the phone again, as it would save the settings. Then you would be able to receive mails on your device without any difficulty.

My mail for exchange was configured and working fine till about 2 weeks ago since I bought the phone E72.
Since last two weeks a password pop-up keeps appearing and the password given is not stored in the MFE settings. It just keeps on asking for password again and again.
I also removed the mail box and configured it again, but the problem still persists. I have rechecked all my settings several times and all are correctly entered. But no resolution in sight.
Can someone guide as to what is the solution?
