Hello
We got on two E72 the new Firmware 71.004 installed, after installation we made a hard reset *#7370* and configured everything anew.
Now every time the Activesync Policy is loaded we get the message "lock Code set to 20 minutes" although in the Activesync Policy it is set to 30 minutes.
With the Firmware 54.005 we used the same Activesync Policy and this did not happen.
Does anybody know a solution to this?

Sorry, it seems like a straightforward bug to me. If you have access to the Exchange server, I would be curious if the phone always reflects a lock period of x - 10, with x being the lock period set from the server. (That is, if the server is set to 40 minutes, would the phone lock change to 30, etc.)

Thnak you for your answer. This is also something I thought. But regardless of what I set on the Activesync Policy 60 minutes , 45 Minutes, it displays this message and is set to 20 minutes
