E72 Contacts problem

As i have almost 300 contacts the easiest way to find them is to type in the first letter in the search bar but when I do this i get the message "building cache. Search will be available in a moment" but sadly that moment never arrives, any ideas?

Try to search the contacts directly from the idle homescreen. Just start typing the contact letters and the matching contacts should appear on the screen.

I'm working at Nokia, but all my posts represent my own views and these should not be mixed up with Official NOKIA statements.
