E72 - Changing Font Size

Hi,

 

Got up one morning to find my phone had "not recognised" my sim, so switched off an on again.  Ever since then have been unable to change my font back to small from normal.  Took back to the 3 store and was told to try updating via web, which have just done but without luck - says no updates available for my phone.

 

Have been trying via control panel/settings/general/personalisation/display.  I then change the font size to small and it makes no difference to the view!

 

Any help gratefully received.

Reinstall the current firmware.
