I'm a new E71x owner and I'm looking for themes for my new phone.  Are there any sites out there besides AT&T that have any good themes, preferably free but if not that's ok too.

yes there is plenty out there you can google for your phone just remember any fp2 theme will work on your phone. e71x is the only 71 that runs on feature pack 2 and it is exclusive to the US .

try to download from ur nokia default web browser there u can find noki.mobi url.

or try this http://share.ovi.com/album/nokiaaddict.themes 

or use ovi app from ur phone and i think this is best way to finding ur desire themes...

Thanks for the info, I have one more question,  Is there anyway around the 300kb limit on the ringtone for the E71x??

the limit i am not sure about, i can use any song that i have downloaded on my phone as a ringtone without issues have you tried that ? it might be a limitation imposed by the provider so u actually buy ringtones and not install your own tunes.
