Hi,

I am having problems with my E71, i have had it a week now and it has started playing up. I am unable to connect to my web via WAN or 02 MobileWeb it just says "web unable to perform operation", however i can connect when i remove the memory card which came with the phone.

any ideas would be much appreciated because im stuck.

Did you install apps on the mem card that uses connections? How do you remove your card?

Hi, To be honest i have only just found out there is a file manager and not sure where on earth i have saved any of the application i have downloaded which are-

youtube

solitaries

since i got the phone. as for removing the card i just push it in and it comes out.

Any ideas?

Goto-> menu-> installations-> app.mgr. and whitch apps are installed on the card ( icon of card on the right side). All three apps look suspicious to me.

Just don't install programs or applications on the memorycard. Insert the card IN the phone and NOT on a PC or Mac to format. Remove the card by pressing the red button and choose remove card from the dialog option. If you insert the card later you should hear a short bleep.
