What is the error msg you get that your phone is saying memory full.
You may try doing a reset by following these steps as it could be due to RAM memory:
- A restore by keying in *#7780# when on standby - This will not delete any data but will restore all the settings back to default.
If that does not help then you may wanna try doing a soft reset by keying in *#7370# when on standby - This will reformat the phone. DO NOT FORGET TO DO A BACK UP AS THIS WILL ERASE YOUR ENTIRE PHONE MEMORY.
The security code by default is 12345
If this fails as well then you may try doing the Hard reset by performing the 3 finger reset. You can do this by switching the phone on with the '3', '*' and green 'call' buttons pressed at the same time.

Have you checked to see where the memory has gone?
Don't forget all messages SENT are saved by default so check this folder and delete...

It may be due to a data connection which is active.
However the phone would give you the option to end now on the left key when it gives you the msg.
( if you are on planet 3 network then your data connection might get connected automatically wheather you are using it or not)
-You may go to the Menu > tools > connections > conn. mgr > active data connection > select the active connection > options >disconect.
-If this does not help then you may go offline and try again.
-You may go offline by choosing the offline profile by tapping on the on/off power key and scroll down to offline
