I spent a good part of the day going back and forth with what is called "customer support" in the Philippines. My problem is that the maps program always gives me an error message stating that "Incompatible licenses found." They had me bring the phone back to the default settings only to discover that was not the problem. What a bunch of bozos. They can barely speak English and appear to be incompetent. To reload the maps it takes over an hour and a half and their only response was that they were sorry.
I sent an email to see if I can get my money back for the phone. I will never buy another Nokia product given their poor software and customer support.
