E71 Ovi store log in

I've been having a major problem logging into the Ovi store for almost 3 weeks now.

 

Loggin in via the pc works fine, but I receive "invalid user/password" when logging in via my E71.

 

I've updated the phone sotfware & cleared al data plus a factory reset twice, but still no joy.

 

I therefore cannot download any apps from Ovi store on the handset.

 

Any ideas?
