E7 "General System Failure"

E7 "General System Failure"

While running the E7 music player through external speakers, the music suddenly paused, "General System Failure" appeared on the screen, then everything resumed the way it had been.

Anyone know what this means?

Is there a log file anywhere on the E7 to give more information?
