E7-00 - Recent Issues

1. Many a times while talking the phone shuts down. This happens during talking only and battery remains almost fully charged. My E7 -00 is only 2 months old.

2. Sometimes it HANGs like most of other Nokia phone models. However, out of 16GB memori, I have only used 2 GB.

can Nokia suggest me what I should do ? In general, Nokia care centers in my city are not a reliable place to handover the new phone like E7. I am really at a loss now.
