E66 hangs when answering incoming call

I have 3 users that have this problem, when they try to answer an incoming call the telephone hangs completely. The only way to get the phone to working again is to remove the battery. The on/off button does not work. This happens sporadically and I have seen no pattern in it. We are using the 210.21.007 firmware. No newer firmware available for us here in Sweden via Nokia update. Any ideas anyone?

format the phone. make sure all users from contact list have set their default number. this helped in my case.
