Hi,

I have a problem with receiving calls. Approximately ones a day, a few seconds after my phone is starting to ring, I try to open it (to answer) and it's stuck! And then I can't do anything, except of take out the battery. On the screen I can the phone is  still ringing.

It's not a new problem. I have the phone for more than a year and the problem wasn't on the beginning. The software is last version software.

Does anyone have a clue what is going on?

yeah i have a similar problem, its something to do with slide, not the phone software as such, i just turned the slide answer off function and the phone is working fantastic.

It's interesting, because my wife has a same phone and she doesn't have the problem!

Did you try to reinstall the software?

Is it possible to reinstall the soft (reinstall same version)?

I've read that the problem is a mechanic issue with the slide to answer functionality.   They said that the issue can be corrected by exposing each slide side to a strong magnetic and it will reset the slide.

I did what you suggested me to do and today (after 2 days) it's happen again.

So I can conclude that in my case there is no connection between the slider (hardware) and the problem!

Again, It looks like software crash!

Suggestions?!
