E65 unable to install mail for exchange

Hi all,

 

I've been trying to install mail for exchange for my nokia E65 and I've failed miserably so far. I've updated the phone's firmware and the nokia pc suite several times to no avail.

Can somebody please point me to some troubleshooting tips in case I've missed anything?

Right now the application I'm trying to install is MailForExchange(2.9.158)_S60_3_0.sisx

How can I check all software versions are correct?

 

I'm using the nokia pc suite to install the application, and the phone says "installing" and later "error de actualizacion" (the phone is in Spanish), which should translate to something like "upgrade error".

 

Any help will be appreciated.
