have a problem with this new phone, when a call or text is recieved only the number is displayed and I wish it to be the person calling or textings name to be displayed...can anyone shed light on how to sort this please

Check for duplicates in your contacts.

thanx...seems to have worked but it means you cannot have ice in your phone if same number as another person???

No you can't, this is actually very unintelligent of Nokia not to alert you of a duplicate number

And also this happens if you have a contact saved both on SIM and phone on some models
