Every time I say a name for voice dailing the phone will freeze and reboot by itself.

I have the same problem but it is just down to one user. It just keeps rebooting whenever I try to make a voice dial.

I reinstalled the phone and software restored backup and now it's working fine.

Is there anywhere with notes on how to do this?

I am having many of my sales team reporting that this happens all the time!
