Hi everyone

I love Nokia! it user friendly and I'm on my 8th one now.

I have twice listened to my messages but I have no idea what buttons I pressed! It was a mistake both time.

Please tell my how to do this, it will be great to be able to hear my messages while driving.

Also, how do i get maps on my E63? I have downloaded the map load to my pc but i'm cant seems to get the maps on the phone.  I was in Nigeria recently and I was pleasantly surprised to see it working there.  I live in South Africa.

press the number one button for a few seconds,you may bew asked to enter voicemailbox number or dial into messages you can check with your operator what your code is for example in ireland its 121

If by chance you meant the text-to-speech option available to listen to your text messages or emails, while in the Inbox, choose the Options key at lower left.  "Listen" is the third choice down the list.

About the maps: you need Nokia Map Loader and Nokia Maps Updater. Connect the phone using a compatible USB cable, plug in a memory card and start uploading to the phone.

To listen to unread messages in your inbox (text or email) you simply press and hold the left soft key (top left of key pad).

One more reason to lock the keys when not in use. This phone scared the beejesus out of me the other night when my wife's purse started talking.

Hello everyone

My Nokia E63 was a gift from America.  I have a license for Southern African and Nigerian road maps.

My problem is that there  seems to be an Egypt Map installed as the only directions am getting are all from Egypt!

please how do i change the map to South Africa

It would be better if you started a new post when discussing a new issue. Viewers might not look here and see your new question.

If you are referring to Nokia or Ovi maps, you need to install the map loader software on your PC and then  download the map you need. Try here for more info.:  http://www.nokiausa.com/exploreservices/ovi-maps/downloads-and-services

Hi, I have finally being able to load the maps on to my E63. my problem now is, it shows me only places in Saudi Arabi and Egypt, I have never been there and I live in South Africa.  How can i change it to South Africa maps?

I have no idea how to get back to new posting!
