E6 email not updating

E6 email not updating

my gmail and hotmail both are not updating to server (not receiving any emails, not updating my calendar, nothing....)

is there a bug or something wrong. it was working just ok before, and now the last update for my emails are back to 3 weeks ago.

can any1 help?
