As you can see from the attached image I have had a few Nokia cell phones over the years... these are just some of the ones that have survived- many more have perished along the way.
I was over the moon when i heard about the release of the E6, I was looking forward to it being the final evolution in the E series Qwerty form factor. having the best of the previous generations and a lot more new functionality.
it does have some (not enough) good features but lacks application support.
But its the little things that make this phone drop many points in the IQ test. Like the absence of the converter app and a lot more... but i dont want to bash the brand anymore- we all know the short comings of the latest E series releases. Its just frustrating that Nokia forgot what people liked about the phones in the 1st place. They did not make a smart move with this "smart" phone... please, can someone in Nokia pay attention and start to fix some issues quickly for everyones sake aswell as for the stock price!

Why don't Nokia listen?
They are clearly losing more customers daily than any other cellphone.

Why don't Nokia give some responses to customers' feedback?

They already did respond: they said these forums are for users only. Many Nokia people read it, may respond, but are not obliged to. Whenever responses or concrete actions are expected/needed, users will have to go through Nokia Care.

I bet they are losing a lot of money because of small issues that they fail to fix.
We all should sign a petition to wake up Nokia.
