I have an E55 running 021.013 and last week I had an SMS from My Nokia saying there was new software available.

Searching online suggests that 22.009.202.01 is the one available, however when I use NSU to check, there is no update for my phone.

Product code for my phone is  0591117 - has anyone upgraded this model?

hi there Nokia E55 firmware update is available through Nokia Software Updater (NSU) for me it works fine i just updated my mobile 3 days ago. (i-m living in spain) i have 022.009 and the version date is 14-oct-2009. try once again or might b it´s not available in ur region. where exactly u´r from.

Did you ever get your firmware to upgrade?

I also have an E55 with the phone code 0591117 and I'm not able to upgrade to the latest firmware.  

My phone was just replaced under warranty and for some reason the phone they sent back to me isn't eligible for the latest firmware.  --  But my original phone would have been.

When I look up online http://europe.nokia.com/support/download-software/device-software-update/can-i-update  . . . this is what I get.

If I enter the code for the phone that I returned to them it is eligible . . . 

Latest available software for  Nokia E55, product code 0568630   --  Version:  031.012 

The phone that they gave me isn't eligible for the current firmware . . . 

Latest available software for  Nokia E55, product code 0591117   --  Version:  022.009 

My current phone has firmware version 022.009 (Dated 14-Oct-2009) . . . and the current firmware for the Nokia E55 is 031.012 (Dated 06-Jan-2010).

Does anyone have any idea why Nokia would replace my phone with one that can't be updated?
