I can receive but not send text messages. When I try to send the message ends up in the Outbox e.g.   Resen... 10.12 pm  like its waiting to be sent.

Any ideas?

Have you checked that your messagecentre number are correct? Does your simcard work in other phones (sending messages)?

If youre sure everything is correct, but it's your phone which has stopped working, you might wanna try to reset to factory default settings by dialling *#7780#.

If not, you might wanna perform a soft reset diall *#7370# sec code 12345. As this clear your phonememory, it would be smart to back up everything you need first, except settings.

Thanks for the reply. I tried factory reset but its still the same, can receive but cant send text.

I recently purchased the phone as used but in almost new condition and everything apart from sending text works fine. I'm using my old Orange sim card which can send text in my other phone. It tries to send the text as one of the tiny connection symbols flickers on then off for a few seconds. I think it could be something to do with settings but I'v checked and cant find the problem.

Then it is very likely the message centre number as suggested by Fender. Contact your network for the message centre number and instruction on how to set it up on your phone.

Just did a soft reset and text is now working. 

Just trying to work out how I set up Yahoo mail account... again, cant get it working via Wlan.
