Re: E55 Call history is limited !!

Dear Bhumbro,

Actually I was wrong, it still deletes itself after a wild. Like today, I saw that my missed calls from yesterday disappeared. Also there are only the current day calls left on the history. Regarding the Log settings, it is 30 days.  I don't understand at all what happen... any suggestion is welcome.

Thanks.

Re: E55 Call history is limited !!

Make a back up

First try reset by *#7370# this one will erase all of your data, 'wipe the phone clean' and restore to factory settings. see if any of these options work and if you are able to use your phone as you like/need to.

option two u  can go in for a hard reset which will turn ur device as it left the factory totally new which will be '*' '3' 'Call Key' and Power button all pressed at the same time after u have removed ur phone battery for at least 5 mins. It wud turn ur phone as it was when it left the factory

Also use ur device without the memory card and see

in case of ur memory card there are different options available to you to get rid of the corrupt/unwanted data in your card.

menu--tools--memory---options---format memory card......
remember everything including ur factory installed apps will be deleted......... but u can always download them later either from nokia or google them...

or insert ur card in any reader or laptop and check for virus and also the hidden folders.......

back to ur dealer/vendor and ask him to solve it or change ur device
