thats a pity! i think tbh my phone is the best it can be at this fw stage - because unlike others, or in fact, MANY others - ive not had any wifi problems, or any clal quality loss, etcetc - BUT
the software is sitll like... slow - and sluggish
which REALLY is a let down - with the recent firmware update, i admit- its a tad bit faster, but there are soo many ways more it needs to be improved, it is not instantly responsive- but then again, im hoping for the future updates
eg - case, the iphone had several problems, but eventually with several updates, FW, etc - it is what it is today, therefore, im confident that there should be several more updates with this phone
ON the other hand though, i do believe that on top of the updates, there are menu options, etc which need to be improved/changed on this phone to make it accesible - as a person who uses his phone for nearly EVERYTHIGN - i can tell anyone that the battery life on this phone is ABSOL the best! hehe, however, the phone is not used to its potential (the processor, etc) - therefore, it is a MASSIVE let down, and still needs to be worked on. BIGTIME. hehe

I expect we will see another one in Feb/March if Nokia's previous firmware update roadmaps are taken into account.
Because you have a large card (16GB) I suggest formatting it and increase the allocation unit size. A smaller allocation size is more efficient at space, but can be slow to read and copy due to the higher number of searches. Try experimenting to find the optimum allocation size for your card.

When you format a card, you can select the allocation unit size (cluster size). The default can be as low as 512 bytes and can be as high as 32K. What this means is, if you format a card with 32K cluster size whenever you save something that is less than 32K, it will still allocate itself to the whole unit (in this case 32K). Meaning a 100byte text file will still occupy 32K of space. Not efficient, but it tends to translate to quicker read and write time.
You can change the cluster size when formatting your card. On a Windows system, right click on the card and select format. At the pop up box, there is an option that allows you to change file system and allocation unit size.
