E52 display goes dim, and then blanks out

The E52 display went dim, all of sudden and when put battery back, the display went blank. Previously it showed full charge. Tried to re-charge but neither re-charge being displayed on screen and after 12 hours of re-charge, does not recover. Please suggest solution. Is battery dead? The device is hardly one year old.

you will have to try to use a different battery to check if it is your battery.

 

 

just a quick observation, not to be exact becuase of the limited testing here, but i would think that either the battery is dead, or your charging port has an issue.

 

but without testing at least with another battery, and/or using your battery in another e52, it would be hard to tell.
