I have weird problem with date on my E52. I turn off E52 during night and when turned on in the morning it remain with date from yesterday.

Clock is working just fine but it won't change date. Automatic time update is disabled in options. I reflashed firmware, restored factory settings,reformat memory card but without succes to get it working.

It is really big problem for me because I need to change date every day manually.

does your network support auto time and update and is your gmt time and date setting correct for your region

I don't know if my network support auto time and update.

In settings time zone is : GMT +2:00 Croatia as it should be.

well try selecting it to on and see if it makes a difference and restart the phone

OK, first I changed time and date to wrong ones then I put Automatic time update to ON and it automatically corrected both (without restarting).

We will see what will happen when I turn off phone this evening and turn on tomorrow morning.

I myself face he same problem with my E52. From my experience it has something to do with a few files (hidden) in the memory card. If you change the memory card, please don't forget to copy both files (DevIcon.fil and DevLogo.fil). Thats what i do to solve my problem. So far the date problem has never happen again for quite sometime. I am not sure if its the correct solution, just like to share my experience..

@jimmyireland OK this fixed problem.

I'll also check bigdice suggestion because when upgrading with new SD card after format there wasn't mentioned files on SD and I have them on SD card that came with phone.
