When the install Nokia Email


an error "an incompatible version of this product is detected, and has to be uninstalled first"


what to do?

I think nokia messaging is already inbuilt into the Phone. You can use the phone to check for up dates. The messaging found in the E72 has a bit more features than in the E52.

I think our nokia messaging is up to date. That's why we can add emails and do IM Chat(as long as you have the latest FW)

I find out that Email is embedded in to firmware so we're unable to uninstall this "devils toy". Shame on NOKIA that releasing application and doesn't support it properly (and want pay for it!!! ). Had setup 2 email accounts ( gmail + yahoo) and can't delete/edit them!!! 

Just keep saying : you must be connected... and I am online!!!

Anyway, off to HTC ...

Hey hadimassa, as mobile guru you should know that it CAN'T BE DONE... 

Started with Nokia CityMan (NMT 450), through all models except 8xxx and Arte range which is waste of money IMO). After E72 and E52 used E5 .Currently N8.
