Hi. New here and new to Nokia. My first phone was a Nokia and decided to switch back again this year after finally finding a phone that seemed to suit me. Or maybe I was wrong.

 

I've been having problems with the Facebook app very recently. I was at the airport on April 1 and decided to use it to pass the time. For some strange reason, trying to use the Facebook app kept restarting my phone.

 

I thought it was just the lousy WiFi at the airport, because at home, it worked fine.

 

Once I reached my destination country, I tried again using a home WiFi. Didn't work. Phone still kept restarting if try to use Facebook. What's worse, it's now the same with Internet browsing.

 

Please help. I've only had my phone for 4 months. I'm based in Hong Kong, China.

 

Will a firmware update fix this? Mine is 022.009.242.02 (custom). But I've been reading all these horror stories about firmware updates and how it's not possible to downgrade.

 

I hope to get some good advice here. Thank you in advance for your expertise and help.
