E51: unable to access PC thru WiFI

Hi,

 

I have Nokia E51 with latest sw and have Windows Vista laptop on my wireless home network. All these devices connected thru wireless DSL/router. Now, I unable to see my mobile on laptop network.

Here is few queries.

1. On E51 help, mentioned as imaging and file tranfer is possible; how can I enable it.

2. How can I see IP address of Wifi enabled E51


please help me and advance thanks,

Hi Jay,

 

I don't think you can access your phone through wifi network unless you installed some 3rd party software on your phone that makes it possible.

The easiest way to transfer stuff from your phone to pc (and vise a versa) is by using Bluetooth.
